Terms and ConditionsSellerThe seller of the goods displayed on this website is Winternational.co.uk. Winternational.co.uk is a sole trader registered at Chain Hill House, Chain Hill, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 8PB, United Kingdom. Prices and PaymentAll prices are in £ sterling. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, performed security checks and stock availability and arranged despatch of your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we have completed these checks. Please note that where any accessories to ski wear are offered, it is only whilst stocks last. Stocks may be replenished during the season but there may be periods where such offers are unavailable. DeliveryWe aim to deliver to all UK destinations within 3 working days of receiving your order. Typically, goods are despatched within 24 hours of order. Orders received over weekends and bank holiday periods are despatched on the next working day. A confirmation of despatch email will be sent to you once the order has left our warehouse and is en-route to you. Delivery is always subject to the smooth running of the services of Royal Mail. Please contact Customer Services if you have any questions. Our delivery costs in the UK mainland are £9 for UK mainland delivery usually via Royal Mail Special Delivery "Next Business Day". Winternational.co.uk reserves the right to use alternative delivery methods at any time. We only deliver within the UK.
PurchasingWhilst stock you see on our site is all in stock, occasionally we have stock discrepancies and therefore all items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Finalise Order" we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For security reasons your order’s data is not accessible via internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy. Cancellation and RefundsYou have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of order (starting the day delivery is received) and return the order for a full refund. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods, less the original postage fee, provided the goods are returned in new, saleable and unworn condition with the tags still attached and hangers enclosed. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period in writing by email to lookgood@winternational.co.uk or letter to the above address. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use an insured delivery service. For the return of a matching Pair (one or more garments sold together as specified in the product description as a matching "Pair") both garments must be returned for any refund to be processed. Matching Pair products may not be separated. We advise that any returns postage is payable by the customer. Exchange of items is accepted for any reason but please note that with the exception of faults, a £9 re-postage charge is made for exchanges.
